Production Process
- Projects are executed based on agreed specifications and timelines
- Drafts may be provided for review and feedback
- A limited number of revisions may apply depending on project scope
- Final delivery is subject to fulfillment of agreed payment terms
Any significant changes outside the agreed scope may require renegotiation.
Payments
- A deposit or initial fee may be required before work begins
- Remaining payments may be structured based on project milestones
- Final deliverables may be withheld until full payment is received
All payments are processed under BusyBissy Media Productions.
Branding & Credits
BBMP reserves the right to include its branding or credits in produced work where appropriate.
Requests for removal of credits may attract additional charges, depending on the nature and scope of the project.
Refund Policy
- Payments made are generally non-refundable once work has commenced
- If a project is terminated due to client-related reasons, no refund will be issued
- If termination occurs due to BBMP, a partial refund may be considered based on work completed
Processing or administrative fees are non-refundable.
Content Responsibility
Clients are solely responsible for the content they provide or approve for production.
BBMP’s involvement does not imply endorsement of the content but reflects its role as a creative service provider.
Limitation of Liability
BusyBissy Media Productions shall not be held liable for:
- Any indirect or consequential loss arising from use of our services
- Technical issues beyond our control (e.g., platform outages, internet failures)
- Misuse of delivered content after final handover
Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise agreed:
- BBMP retains the right to showcase completed work for portfolio or promotional purposes
- Ownership rights may transfer to the client upon full payment, depending on agreement
Third-Party Platforms
Our services and content may involve third-party platforms such as YouTube or other digital services.
We are not responsible for changes, disruptions, or policies of these platforms.
Modifications to Services
BBMP reserves the right to modify, update, or discontinue any service or offering at any time without prior notice.
